As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe place for you to express what you are experiencing. My therapeutic approach is to understand your story and help you piece together what has contributed to the symptoms you are facing. Whether it is relationship problems, depression, anxiety, loss, past trauma, or something else, I believe there is hope for change and I’m excited to join you on this journey. I strive towards a collaborative relationship in therapy and towards developing a unique treatment plan to meet your specific needs. I have training in trauma-informed care as well as a variety of counseling models including Psychodynamic, Attachment, Interpersonal, Acceptance and Commitment, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Theories. Together, we will work towards discovering what will be most helpful for you.
